Room with a view

Thought I would blog another layout that I created with Sarahs cards July kit, this photo has been waiting to be scrapped for ages but as I don't seem to buy much yellow paper it has been left in the box of photos. I just love using my flower punches, I think I have used them on nearly all my layouts recently although I have just bought a gorgeous martha stewart butterfly punch from Sarah and I think that it will become just as well used!!

We had our annual family picnic on Saturday, we first met in 1978 when we all made our way to Bournemouth and then hired a coach to take us from there to the New Forest, we have been meeting in the same spot every year since!! It is a day that I really look forward as it is often the only time that I get to see some of my relatives and it is lovely to catch up with everyone and meet the new additions to the family. We were slightly down on numbers this year with only 35 but we still had a really great day and the sun actually shone. I took lots of photos as usual and got this one of the girls.
